How It Works

Every engagement is different, but we there are some general guidelines for how we prefer to work.

Initial consultation is always free and fast. We'll work with you to determine what your situation is, and whether or not we think we can help. If so, a fixed-price assessment lets us interview your teams, review your internal processes, and spend some time getting to know your business. This takes one to two weeks.

At the end of the assessment, we'll deliver a formal document identifying and defining 5-10 action items that we feel we could work on together to add significant value to your bottom line. These may include:

  • Clarifying and documenting your business plan, your marketing plan, and other key strategic documents.
  • Identifying and researching additional revenue streams that you may not have explored.
  • Improving the way you position and promote your products or services.
